The University of Iowa Libraries is celebrating the 40th anniversary of the International Writing Program with the exhibit "East Asia in the Midwest: 40 Years of East Asian Writers at the International Writing Program." The exhibit is on display in the North Exhibition Hall of the Main Library, as part of The International Writing Program 40th Anniversary celebration, and will be on view through October 2007 during regular library hours.
A reception and a reading by visiting Chinese writers is scheduled for Thursday, October 11, 6 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., in the Main Library.
