Renowned travel writer Pico Iyer met with Matthew Davis, a graduate student in the Nonfiction Writing Program, for an interview at last year's NonfictioNow conference. In the interview, which was recently published in the online travel magazine World Hum, Iyer reflects on his career, his writing process, and the state of travel writing as a literary genre.
